External Forms Make Data Collection Easy

With External Forms, collecting information from outside of Collaborate and getting it into the system is as simple as 1, 2, 3.

Step 1 Generate a form link (or embed a form on your own website) and send it to clients or partners.
Step 2 Clients or partners fill out and submit the form on any device.
Step 3 Form submissions are stored in Collaborate for easy staff review and reporting.

External Forms can be associated with Cases, Services, and Activities. They’re ideal for Client Surveys, for example, because submissions are saved straight to the Case Profile of the person who filled it out.
