Collaborate’s new Support Center is your ticket to on-demand help - without leaving the application. Just click the Orange Help Button to bring up the Support Widget.
From there, you’ll see suggested help articles that are tailored to the section of the app you’re currently in. So, if you’re on the Home tab, for example, you’ll see help about:
- Sidebar actions,
- Case Assignments,
- Tasks, and
- Recent Cases.
Search for Help, Your Way
You can also search for specific help topics to find precisely what you need.
Everything you do in Collaborate is documented in the Support Widget, including:
- Cases & Intakes
- Assignments & Calendars
- Admin Functionality
- …and much more!
Support Requests, Made Simple
Submitting a Support Request from within the Widget is super easy, too - just click the “Support Request” button to bring up the new Support Request form.
If you have screenshots or other materials to include with your Support Request, you can drag and drop them right into the “Upload files” section.
Bottom line: it’s easier than ever to get the help you need in Collaborate - from self-serve articles with screenshots and videos, to contacting Collaborate experts with your questions.
