AI in Collaborate
Ask for your VOCA report. Get the same numbers every time.
The reporting agent runs your funder reports from a chat, and machine translation handles forms and answers. Both follow the same access rules as your staff.
The reporting agent
The AI assistant that runs your funder reports from a chat. It works in Claude and other AI assistants you connect to your workspace.
Just ask
Ask the reporting agent for your VOCA, VAWA, SASP, NCA, HMIS, IFSATS or TANF report: "Run my VOCA report for FFY2025."
Collaborate does the math
The numbers come from Collaborate's tested reports. The agent never does the math.
Same question, same numbers
Every run gives the same answer.
Follow-ups the same way
Summarize a set of cases, or run an ad-hoc count.
It sees only what you can see
- Workspace admins connect the reporting agent, and it sees only what that admin can see.
- Connecting an assistant requires MFA.
- Anything the agent changes, such as a case note, needs program permission and is attributed in the audit trail.
- Every request is logged, and the log holds no client details.
Never used to train AI models
- Translation runs on Network Ninja's own AI processing, Claude on AWS Bedrock, and is covered by our BAAs.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
- Network Ninja is HIPAA compliant and audited annually for both HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2.
Machine translation
Network Ninja turns on machine translation for your workspace. From then on:
Forms in Spanish
Translate forms, option lists and notifications into Spanish.
Answers staff can read
Answers clients wrote in another language are translated, so staff can read them.
In the United States
Runs on Claude through AWS Bedrock, in the United States.
Whole answers only
Staff never see a half-translated answer.
“Without many of the reports created for us in Collaborate, we couldn't have been able to apply for several new grants.”
