Fast, flexible, funded: 1-Click Reports for victim services
Collaborate’s team of data experts - many of whom hail from the human services world themselves - specialize in producing easy-to-use funder reports for our customers. Here are some examples that agencies are using to quantify their contributions to their communities.
VAWA and SASP reports help serve survivors across Kentucky
The Kentucky Association of Sexual Assault Programs (KASAP) supports 13 regional sexual assault centers throughout the state. With Collaborate, they’re able to tell their story to key funders with 1-Click Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and Sexual Assault Services Formula Grant Program (SASP) Reports.
In Collaborate, these reports:
- run in seconds,
- make it simple to allocate grant funds toward staff salaries, and
- are easily updated when funding rules change.
Expressing service effectiveness in the Peach State
The Victim Services Statistical Report (VSSR) is a required quarterly report for agencies in Georgia that receive federal funds through multiple victim services grants. Children’s Advocacy Centers of Georgia (CACGA) asked us to create a Custom Report to satisfy these requirements - and the Collaborate team was happy to oblige.
CACGA’s VSSR report:
- replaces the need for data exports and spreadsheets,
- conveys service activity on a county level and by victimization type, and
- provides the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council (CJCC) with accurate numbers to drive appropriate funding for CACs.
Meeting national standards, providing state-specific flexibility
Collaborate’s Standard Victims of Crime Act (VOCA) and National Children’s Alliance (NCA) Reports were built in cooperation with federal, state, and local funders to meet national guidelines while conforming to varying state interpretations of reporting rules.
Collaborate’s Standard VOCA and NCA reports are:
- designed to take the stress out of reporting season,
- used by 11 statewide victim services networks/coalitions, and
- are updated and maintained for you, to keep up with changing requirements.
“I am very pleased with Collaborate’s VOCA Report and appreciate that I can rely more on the ‘one click’ function...I appreciate the efforts of Collaborate/Network Ninja in helping to make the reporting process more manageable!”
