Disability rights and advocacy
Case management for disability rights and advocacy organizations
Advocacy work is measured by outcomes: what was asked for, whether it happened and how long it took. Collaborate records each one against the person, configured to your services.
Advocacy requests
- Intake records how the request arrived, which service it routes to, the reasons for referral and the supports already around the person.
- Each request is assigned to a named staff member, picked from your staff list, so you can report by person.
- Language and communication needs, including ASL, Braille and AAC, are asked on the record.
Outcomes you can count
- Advocacy tracking records the requested outcome, whether it was achieved and how long it took.
- Ask the reporting agent, the AI assistant that runs your funder reports, for advocacy by outcome or follow-ups by quarter. Collaborate computes the numbers, not the agent.
“Funders like to see very specific data. Once we had good data about the universe of cases out there, we were able to ask for more funding.”
Caroline RuschellChief Executive Officer, Children's Advocacy Centers of Kentucky
Monitoring visits
- Structured monitoring assessments with a comment box on every question.
- The provider staff you interview are contact records, so you can see across visits who was asked before.
- Hospitalization follow-ups show their specialized sections only when they apply.
Parent-to-parent support
- Match requests and volunteer applications ask the same questions under the same names, so one report reads both.
- Event sign-in captures attendee details and your consent wording on one form.
- Parents can submit a request themselves through a secure link, and staff convert it into a case.
