Victim helplines
Case management for victim helplines
A survivor may contact your helpline five times. Your reports should count one survivor and five contacts. Collaborate keeps those two apart, configured to your intake.
Guided intake for advocates
- Run the same intake in a simple version or a guided one. The guided version carries your cautions and suggested statements under each question.
- Follow-up questions appear only when an answer calls for them.
- Collaborate records who completed the intake, so advocates do not type their own name.
“I have never asked for something I was not helped with. Collaborate staff truly understand their role in helping organizations make lifelong impacts.”
Brent PatrickChief Operating Officer, Gulf Coast Children's Advocacy Center
One survivor, many contacts
- Facts about the survivor, such as age range, language and how they first reached you, are recorded once per person.
- Each contact gets its own service record, including whether referrals were given, how many and to which kinds of partner.
- Collect only what you need. If you do not take a date of birth, the system does not ask for one.
Your categories, not a generic list
- Add victimization types the standard list lacks, so every contact has somewhere accurate to land.
- Central option lists keep every advocate choosing from the same values.
Outreach and training
- Presentations and trainings you deliver are recorded with attendee counts and types.
- Training your own staff attend is tracked separately.
Reporting to funders and donors
- VOCA fields are built in, and the Funder Compliance tab shows what is Met and what is a Gap.
- Ask the reporting agent, the AI assistant that runs your funder reports, for survivors served by age range, or referrals by partner type. Collaborate computes the numbers, not the agent.
Every access to a survivor's record is audit-logged, and you can require MFA for every user. Network Ninja is HIPAA compliant and audited annually for both HIPAA and SOC 2 Type 2.
