Partner-Focused Reports
Staff from partner agencies can be given special Collaborate accounts to only access reports that evaluate the effectiveness of working together, like the percentage of referrals accepted, and the average time it takes to accept them.
Going beyond case management, Activity-focused Reports can demonstrate the impact of prevention and other group sessions on the wider community, which helps fund social services programs.
